Le Provinois

The Caesar Castle, at the highest point of Provan, was built in the 12th century, roughly equal to the Song Gaozong dynasty in China, but the castle was built on the ruins of ancient Roman forts, which is more than 2,000 years old. The ancient city of Provan was UNESCO designated as a historical and cultural heritage in 2001.

Really tasty Neapolitan style pizzas. Lots of different types of pizza and all of the ones that we tried were delicious. Very cute restaurant with a lot of ambience. Friendly, helpful service. A real surprise for authentic pizza in a tourist town outside of Paris.

My reservation was not taken into account ! However, a table was quickly made for us, then it was all very well passed, we had a very good dinner, and the white Cheverny accompanying our meal was very pleasant and at a very reasonable price.
